Big businesses work hard, yet when they play, they play hard, too.  So it was for Behr Paint Company.  We had the pleasure to work with Behr for their company’s holiday party this month.   The company is based out of Santa Ana, CA, so we traveled up north to celebrate the the holidays with this fun group of people.

The ballroom at the Marriott in Anaheim was decorated perfectly for the season, with beautiful reds and centerpieces on the tables with pine cones and and tinsel.  The affair was quite formal, so employees and their guests were ‘dressed to the nines’.  Besides a sit down dinner, guests were entertained with drawings for prizes, and an awards presentation distinguishing leaders within the organization.  And, if someone didn’t leave with prize or award, he/she could have stepped into the photo-booth and taken a goofy picture with props!

Holiday parties celebrate more than just the season, and for us to photograph such an event, it’s fun to see how people step out of their corporate shoes and let loose.
